TIPEWALL

Polyurethane Finish

Description

TIPEWALL is a two component product made up of:

  • component A: a mixture of functionalized prepolymers, pigments, additives and solvents;
  • component B: prepolysocyanate.

The two mixed components give rise to a flexible and tough material Applied to surfaces of various kinds, TIPEWALL creates a glossy coating resistant to abrasion, UV rays and atmospheric agents.

upon request, this product is available in several colours that remain unaltered over time.

Usage field

TIPEWALL is used as an aesthetic and UV-protective finish for the following liquid membranes: NORTIG, NORDPLAST and (with the appropriate substrate) BETONGUAINA.

Moreover, it is the ideal finish designed for outdoor exposure of epoxy (NORPHEN) and polyurethane (NORPHEN PU e HELASTON COLOR) systems to prevent premature dulling.

This product can also be applied both as a main coat and a finish to an appropriate layer of NORPHEN FONDO IGRO, on any type of building surface.

TIPEWALL can be aestheticized at will by broadcasting coloured FLAKES.

2)On surfaces to be aestheticized with FLAKES:

  • apply a coat of undiluted product and broadcast FLAKES then allow 24 hours to dry;
  • sand and apply two coats of TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE as a finish.

3)As an ultimate coating:

  • apply a coat of NORPHEN FONDO IGRO; wait half an hour and then apply two coats of TIPEWALL diluted to 10%.

TIPEWALL can be applied with a roller or a sprayer, undiluted or diluted with 10÷15% of SOLVENTE PER TIPEWALL depending on the type of application.
