NORPHEN INJECTION

Injection epoxy resin

Description

NORPHEN INJECTION is a two component solvent-free product, consisting of:

  • component A: a mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers;
  • component B: copolymerization amine.

Being the product highly fluid, the impregnation of the substrate is easily obtained. Once the product is fully cured, it forms a shrinkage free bonding mass, which strengthens the all structure, improving its flexibility and compression resistance mechanical properties.

Usage field

NORPHEN INJECTION is specifically used in the consolidation of structural concrete, refractory materials, stone materials, etc..

Packaging

1 kg and 12 kg (A+B)

Application

Product Preparation

  • Pour component B into component A and mix well with drill and impeller, then apply within approx. half an hour.

Product Application

  • NORPHEN INJECTION is applied in only one filling coat.
  • Apply product with and airless pump or with a large brush or rollers ensuring complete penetration into base porosities.
  • NORPHEN INJECTION is completely cured after 7 days at 20°C.

Warning and informations
  • Mix components A and B in the prescribed quantities. When using partially used package, the single components shall be weighed according to the ratio indicated on the label.
  • In cold weather, product viscosity increases, making the application difficult, therefore the product shall be taken to a warmer place before proceeding.
  • Similarly, in hot weather attention must be given to the opposite phenomenon, namely a significant increase in the mixture hardening speed.
  • Attention must be given to tools and equipment cleaning up, that must be carried out before the resin hardens; in such operation use ACETONE.
  • See the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Preservation

24 months in original packaging, in a covered, dry area at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Frost sensitive.
