LEVEL FINO ESW

Epoxy Binder in Water Emulsion
for LEVEL FINO

Description

LEVEL FINO ESW is a two component product made up of:

  • Component A: a mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers, additives and emulsifiers;
  • Component B: copolymerization amine, additives and emulsifiers.

LEVEL FINO ESW once suitably diluted can replace LEVEL FINO mixing water, greatly improving both the adhesion to the substrate and the abrasion resistance.

Usage field

LEVEL FINO ESW once suitably diluted is used as an epoxy binder specifically designed for LEVEL FINO.

Packaging

3 Kg KIT (A + B) from:

comp. A: 2 kg in plastic bucket

comp. B: 1 kg in plastic jar

Application

Preparing the underlying substrate for the self-leveling mortar

See the LEVEL FINO Technical Data Sheet.

Preparing and diluting the epoxy binder

  • pour component B into component A and mix with a professional mixer to an even mixture;
  • then dilute with water as follows:
  • add 3.50 ÷ 3.75 litres water to 1.5 kg product (A+B) and continue mixing until the water has been entirely absorbed.
  • The mixture obtained is added, instead of water, to a 25 kg LEVEL FINO bag.

Preparing the Self-Levelling Mortar

  • Pour the mixture into a suitable separate container and add one LEVEL FINO bag, mixing with a professional mixer to get a perfectly homogeneous preparation.
  • LEVEL FINO can also be prepared with a plaster sprayer and pumped to a considerable distance.

Pouring the mixture

  • See LEVEL FINO Technical Data Sheet.

Use and Laying Procedures

  • See LEVEL FINO Technical Data Sheet.
Tool cleaning

If product residues are still fresh tools can be cleaned with either clear water or acetone; if the product residues have hardened clean tools by mechanical means.
