BASIC COURSE FOR RESIN APPLICATORS

Duration of the course: 3 days

TOPICS COVERED

SUBSTRATES Analysis of suitable substrates to be covered and relevant considerations; substrate preparation; solutions to common problems: rising damp, damp substrates, unsound substrates.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION Application of primers and specific base coats for floors, on any type of substrate (tiles, screed, concrete, etc.); application of primers and specific base coats for walls; substrate preparation.
CREATING THE COATING Completion of the various cycles: – Venetian plaster effect; – industrial (multi-layer and film-forming); – decorative self-levelling; – textured (relative to decoration). Completion with specific and suitable top coats.

QUICK UPDATE ON THE CONCEPTS LEARNED DURING THE BASIC COURSE – DESCRIPTION OF DECORATIVE CYCLES APPLICATION PHASES: specific base coat for self-levelling products; Venetian plaster or sponge-effect base coat with various drawings; ancillary applications with various products; protective top coats to complete the decorative cycles.
