BLACK REFLEX is a ready-to-use mono-component liquid coating formulated with thermoplastic resins, aluminium, bitumen, additives and special solvents.
Once dry, BLACK REFLEX produces a highly adhesive, flexible film featuring an extremely high capacity to reflect sunlight.
BLACK REFLEX is highly suited for protecting bituminous waterproofing materials (APP and SBS polymer-modified bitumen membranes) against sunlight (UV component) and enhances their thermal insulation by reducing radiated heat on the treated parts.
BLACK REFLEX is used as a reflective paint for bitumen membranes or other types of outdoor exposed building surfaces. BLACK REFLEX exerts an effective protective action against direct sunlight and prolongs the useful life of the treated objects.
If applied to slated bitumen membranes, BLACK REFLEX also exerts a consolidating effect that prevents the chippings from detaching.
