Solvent and water hybrid liquid elastomeric membrane, UV-resistant, for waterproofing sheet metal and panel roofs and for protecting PU insulating foam sprayed on-site.
Applicable even at low temperatures.
Applicable with a roller, brush or by spraying.

Description

ELASTIC TOP is a compound of elastic copolymers with a broad distribution of the molecular weight dissolved in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, additives, pigments and inorganic fillers.
Once cured, the film features excellent resistance to UV rays, excellent adhesion to various types of supports and good cold elasticity which it retains over time.

Field of use

ELASTIC TOP is used for:
• The creation of low-thickness liquid membranes applicable also during very cold periods.
• Protective anti-UV elastic finishes.
The typical laying supports for ELASTIC TOP include:
• Waterproofing membranes with reinforcement.
• Sprayed expanded polyurethane.
• Metal roofs.
• Valley gutters and cement objects.
