COATINGS FOR FLOORS WITH ULTRA-FAST CURING, ODOURLESS, ANTI-WEAR, SANITISABLE AND NON-SLIP.

EPOGREEN is a low-thickness (about 2.5 mm) flooring consisting of special resins and ceramic quartz granules. The result is a flooring that is aesthetically pleasing and elegant, highly resistant to wear, non-slip (R10), flexible even at very low temperatures (–30°C), washable with a high-pressure water jet and sanitisable with special products. The advantages of the system include the completion of the floor within the space of 1 day and the total absence of odour emissions. After only 3 hours from the end of laying, the floor surface can be used normally.

An R9 (DIN 51130) non-slip coating cycle that withstands chemical aggression and is suitable for frequent and repeated washing. The final thickness is 2.5 mm, obtained with a quartz-dusted base coat, an intermediate skim coat with dusting and two coats of top coat, the second of which is used merely to uniform the colour.

MALTA RAPIDA

A high-thickness R9-10-11-12 non-slip coating (DIN 51130) for mechanical resistance to heavy-duty processing applications typical of slaughterhouses and dairies, with a surface suited to environments that collect large amounts of fat on the floor and require high chemical resistance against high-pressure washes and aggressive detergents. The 5 mm-thickness is obtained with the MULTI-LAYER method: a stratified base with coloured resins and a layer of FARMACRETE top coat made up of a transparent binder and ceramic quartz sand.
The resulting coating retains its original appearance over time.
