LEVEL HB is a one-component powder product which, with the addition of water, gives rise to a very fluid, self-leveling cement mixture, suitable for creating high-resistance smoothing and fast curing on new or old substrates.
LEVEL HB has a remarkable ability to hook onto all types of substrates normally found in construction, however it is advisable to precede the pouring of LEVEL HB by preparing the base with the specific primers indicated below.
LEVEL HB is used as a rapid self-levelling smoothing product, for layers up to 30 mm thick per coat, for coatings on:
• Massetti in sabbia e cemento, massetti SC 1, SC 1-F, massetti con SC 1-BASE e sabbia, senza alcuna primerizzazione.
• Massetti in anidrite primerizzati con SW SOLID.
• Existing floors made of ceramic, terrazzo tiles, natural stone, wood, quarry tiles and stoneware, prior treatment of the substrate with FONDO SL and quartz sprinkling.
• Lowered radiant heating systems without insulating panel anchored directly to the substrate and buried in it (self-adhesive system and otherwise).
• Lowered radiant heating systems with low-thickness EPS panel without film and high compressive strength (≥ 0.5 MPa).
• Lowered radiant heating systems with shaped gypsum-fibre panel.
