A coating that is easy to apply, with one coat of primer applied using a roller and a top coat applied with a steel float and roller to obtain a smooth, slightly wrinkled effect. Available in a broad range of colours on request.

    Applied with a trowel and rolled while wet. Consumption approximately 0.35 kg/m2.

      BI-COMPONENT SOLVENT-FREE ADHESION PRIMER
      Applied with a medium-bristle roller.
      Consumption approximately 0.2 kg/m2.

      This type of floor is often subjected to processing applications where oil is used (pure or emulsified): an R9 non-slip finish (DIN 51130) is thus required for areas at risk. If modern machines that do not leak oil onto the floor are used, the customer may choose to treat the dry areas with a low-thickness cycle with a smooth finish.

              The anti-static/conductive coating (EN 1081) created with NORPHEN ESC products has a smooth finish, roughly 0.7 mm thick, combined with high dirt-repellency. These properties are necessary to ensure optimal contact between the operator’s feet and the surface and to maintain the energy transmission performances, which are essential for a drive-over coating.

                      A multi-layer epoxy coating made with an R9 non-slip top coat (DIN 51130) for areas prone to oil stains during vehicle repairs. The coating, made with a quartz and resin mortar, is roughly 3.5 mm thick for long-term resistance to stress caused by the type of activity conducted in the workshop. Resistant to frequent washing and to the chemical products used in the sector.

                                      The coating obtained with the self-levelling cycle is easy to sterilise and to keep sterile: the NORPHEN 200 HCR top coat not only offers excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, but is also low-maintenance thanks to its special formula.

                                            The coating cycle used for indoor carpark floors is very fast and easy to use, and comes at a very low cost. The base coat is applied with a roller on industrial concrete treated with an acid wash (or polished with a diamond wheel using non-scratch tools); the top coat is applied in a single coat using a steel float and adjusted with a roller.

                                                For outdoor carparks requiring waterproofing and an armoured coating capable of withstanding light vehicle traffic, Nord Resine offers a coating cycle consisting of a primer to be applied with a roller, a self-levelling waterproofing layer with HELASTON COLOR, a further skim coat with HELASTON COLOR loaded with quartz, dusted until saturation, and a final layer of UV-resistant top coat with high chemical and mechanical resistance.

                                                      SOLVENT-BASED MONO-COMPONENT PRIMER
                                                      Solvent-based mono-component primer for treating sanded or polished cement surface before the application of HELASTON COLOR.

                                                      An R9 (DIN 51130) non-slip coating cycle that withstands chemical aggression and is suitable for frequent and repeated washing. The final thickness is 2.5 mm, obtained with a quartz-dusted base coat, an intermediate skim coat with dusting and two coats of top coat, the second of which is used merely to uniform the colour.

                                                              A high-thickness R9-10-11-12 non-slip coating (DIN 51130) for mechanical resistance to heavy-duty processing applications typical of slaughterhouses and dairies, with a surface suited to environments that collect large amounts of fat on the floor and require high chemical resistance against high-pressure washes and aggressive detergents. The 5 mm-thickness is obtained with the MULTI-LAYER method: a stratified base with coloured resins and a layer of FARMACRETE top coat made up of a transparent binder and ceramic quartz sand.
                                                              The resulting coating retains its original appearance over time.
