HIGH-PERFORMANCE EPOXY ENAMEL

Water-based epoxy coating, semi-glossy, for substrates with humidity up to 6% (carbide method), with high mechanical and aesthetic performance. Virtually no yellowing.
Available in the colours of the colour mixing system.
For low-coverage colours, use NORPHEN SW FONDO first.

Description

SW SMALTO is a water-based bi-component enamel consisting of:
• component A: a mixture of liquid epoxy pre-polymers and additives;
• component B: co-polymerisation amine, pigments, additives and water.
SW SMALTO creates a coating:
• waterproof;
• oil-proof;
• permeable to water vapour;
• features excellent adhesion to the support;
• features good overall chemical resistance.

Field of use

SW SMALTO is used to coat industrial concrete surfaces on walls, floors or in tunnels.
► On floors
• In industria come rivestimento a film impermeabile ad acqua e olio per la protezione antimacchia e antipolvere in magazzini, depositi, reparti di lavorazione con carrelli a ruota morbida.
• In edilizia scolastica e pubblica come rivestimento estetico a film impermeabile ad acqua e olio per la protezione antimacchia e antipolvere.
• In edilizia residenziale (appartamenti e case private) come rivestimento estetico su BASE QUARTZ (vedi Scheda Tecnica) ben levigato con utensili diamantati fini.
► On walls
• In industria alimentare e nelle cantine come rivestimento antimuffa e impermeabile di pareti nei reparti di lavorazione o stoccaggio, anche in presenza di elevata umidità.
• In bagni e spogliatoi pubblici di piscine, palestre, scuole, fabbriche, centri commerciali.
► In tunnels
E’ disponibile il Rapporto di prova n° 173969/e rilasciato dall’EMPA di Zurigo (Laboratorio federale di prova dei materiali e di ricerca) che attesta l’idoneità del prodotto a rivestire pareti di tunnel nel settore stradale.
